They helped me selecting my puppy when I was unsure and answered my 100+ questions. After reserving my dear Bruno, constant video and picture updates were being sent to me alongside with the updates of his wellbeing and delivery process. They were available 24/7 , whenever I had concerns or questions they were there to help & even agreed to arrange a live videochat with my boy! Obtaining the import permit was the only thing I had to do, but even with that they helped so much, so it was super easy. Bruno arrived to me fully vaccinated and microchipped and was and still is the healthiest and happiest boy on Earth! I couldn't be any more grateful to these guys and would highly recommend their services to anyone asking!
